Lightning Deals can be found throughout Amazon.in, including the Deals page, and are available, one per customer, until either the promotion period for the deal expires or all the available promotional discounts are claimed. Since Lightning Deals are time-sensitive, it’s important to complete your order as soon as possible.
Note: When all the promotional discounts for a Lightning Deal are held by other customers, you’ll see a Join Waitlist button and the status bar will show that 100% of the promotional discounts are currently being held in other customers’ Carts or have already been used to purchase the deal.

An “Add to Cart” button if there are available promotional discounts
Note: You must add the item to your cart from the widget to avail the lightning deal. You will not be able to avail the deal if you add the item to your cart from the product detail page.
Any available variations of the item (for example: different sizes or colours)
The promotional discount amount and final price
A status bar indicating the percentage of deals currently in customers’ Carts or purchased (percentage claimed)
A timer showing how long you have to add the item to your Cart and claim the promotional discount.

- Lightning Deal promotional discounts (Lightning Deals) are short-time offers on items that may be deeply discounted and of limited availability.
- Lightning Deals may only be applied to one unit of each product (unless otherwise stated).
- Each Lightning Deal is subject to two time restrictions. The first restriction is for the overall Lightning Deal and is displayed with the specific Lightning Deal. The item must be added to the Cart before this time expires. The second restriction applies after a Lightning Deal item has been added to the Cart and expires after a very limited time. Orders must be placed before the expiration of both time periods.
- A Lightning Deal must be redeemed by checking out through clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button from your Shopping Cart.
- Lightning Deals do not apply to shipping and handling or taxes.
